Body Forward Chiropractic chooses to stay out-of-network with all insurance providers. As some of you already know, we are not like any other traditional chiropractic office. You are not in and out the door in less than 15 minutes. Dr. Damon Tong does not simply treat symptoms but he takes his time to treat the cause of his patient’s symptoms using a variety of modalities (treatments) as explained on the “therapies” page. Rather than attacking one part of the body, he treats the entire system.

Often times when patients use their insurance, they are allowing the insurance company the ability to dicticate their treamtnet plan and not the chiropractor him/herself (the actual doctor who is examining and treating you). Their goal is to spend as little money as possible on each member. By using an out-of-network provider, you are able to receive a comprehensive care plan that is personalized for you to treat the cause of your complaint and not just the symptom care insurance companies are willing to pay for.

A majority of pateints who understand the value of their health and body will pay out of pocket so they can recieve the highest quality of care without the influence from an outside party.

Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in a fee (50% of your appointment fee). Failure to be present for your scheduled appointment without notice will result in a “No-Show” fee (100% of your appointment fee). All fees will be due at your next visit. If no future appointments are made then your card will be charged automatically.
